The two charged were Kevin Romuald Klimek, 58, of Glenwood and Cody Steven Linz, 21, of Avon. According to the sheriff’s office, undercover officers posing online as juveniles under the age of 16, were contacted by both Klimek and Linz. During online communication, both men described sexual conduct and/or solicited the juvenile to engage in sexual conduct, it was stated. 3. Charging an offense in an effort to obtain a release from potential civil claims against an individual, enforcement agency or prosecutorial authority.
4. Charging an offense for personal vendetta or political vindictiveness.
