John Fuller, Executive Assistant Minnesota State Board on Judicial Standards (651) 296-3999:

Why oh why is the media being harassed in your corrupt Tenth judicial district, huh? Or did I just answer my own question? Did you know that I was knowingly, intentionally and maliciously booted from a a Zoom hearing today? Did you know that I was attempting to witness the joke of hearing for rigged case No. 13-CR-19-987 State of Minnesota vs Luke Eugene Koslowski? Context: See Nemmers' screenshot of his Zoom avatar, oaky? Do you that the avatar clearly indicates Terry Nemmers as Lion Newsy? Can't your corrupt Tenth judicial court staff read simple English? Is that why oh why the illiterate harassers need me to UNMUTE to identify myself and state the purpose of my Zoom visit? Why canI mind my own business in peace like I do in the Zoom hearings that I attend in the Seventh judicial district. huh? When are you going to make them stop harassing me, huh?

Terry Dean, Nemmers 320-283-5713
P.S. Did you know that the MN State Court has acknowledged me as media since April 17, 2014?
P.S.S. DId you know that corrupt Chisago County Attorney Janet Reiter and corrupt North Branch Chief of Police Dan Meyer are both illegally withholding Chapter 13 data from me? Sounds like a motive for booting me, doesn't it?

FYI: Mr. Nemmers- I am responding on behalf of Ms. DeMeules. The Judicial Branch does not have any of the data that you are requesting from the sheriffs and we cannot speak for them. I would identify a media member as anyone who works for a news organization or is an independent blogger, such as yourself. The concept of credentials has become sort of a gray area nationwide (and perhaps worldwide) given the growing number of independent media members and bloggers. In the Byron Smith case, we ended up not requiring credentials. It was left to my discretion to identify media members. You may attend the Smith trial with a laptop computer in the courtroom, however, it may only be used for notetaking purposes. No data may be transmitted to or from the laptop, and no photos may be taken with it. These rules apply to all media. Please see the site I have launched for this case for more information that you may find helpful: http://www.mncourts.gov/?page=4959 If you plan to attend on Monday, please note that there will be 20 seats reserved for the media, which will be first-come, first-served. I suggest you arrive early to claim a seat for the day. The building opens at 7 a.m., and you may line up at the metal detector on the second floor at that time. Security will start bringing people through the metal detector at 8 a.m. I will be onsite to assist on Monday. Kris Cunningham, Chisago County Court Administrator (651) 213-7010 & Paul Patterson, Tenth Judicial District Administrator (763) 279-0150:

I want the personnel data for your corrupt Judicial Officer Catherine Trevino's court staff who were on duty for the 4-12-21 Zoom hearing for Case No. 13-CR-19-987 State of Minnesota vs Luke Eugene Koslowski. I want to know their names and the date of first hire. You know since your supervisor Vicky made the wild, outrageous, and unsubstantiated assertion that they were "new" to the job, right? And I am still demanding a complete transcript of the hearing at your cost! And, I still want your Tenth Judicial District policy dealing with the media. In fact, I want the entire Administration policy and procedure manual.
