Maybe the data subject should request a mental health evaluation or begin to inquire if the agent herein, Tommy-Boy, is adequately qualified for his position under the color of law? I wonder what level of training and education one may need for placement in Tommy-Boys position? Maybe a replacement agent is appropriate?
