What is the status on my 12-05-19 Open Records Request? Hmm? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they? Did you know that Pierce Co. Sheriff Nancy Hove is trying to pull a "Bait & Switch" on me? You know that I requested readily available, free, electronic, public data from Hove, don't you? You do, don't you? Did you know that Hove sent me a fraudulent bill along with some scanned pdf files? You know that a scanned pdf file is created by printing readily available, free, electronic, public data from Hove's CIS software onto piece of paper, don't you? And then the pieces of paper are scanned back into Hove's CIS software, aren't they? It sure looks like Hove is misusing scant public resources and wasting the valuable time of Pierce Co. personnel in order to violate the Wisconsin Open Records laws, doesn't it? See attached, okay? Oh, did you know that the scanned pdf files contained damning information about Florida celebrity attorney Kim "The Perjurer" Picazio filing false police reports again? Sounds like a motive for why oh why Hove is still withholding the Pierce County Sheriff's Department policy & procedure manual, incident reports and the dispatch logs for the service of process and the "over-kill" arrest of Field "Conspiracy Theorist" McConnell, doesn't it? And it also sounds like a motive for why Hove doesn't want to file share the squad audio/video and/or body camera video for the "over-kill" arrest of Field "Conspiracy Theorist" McConnell, doesn't it? Activity: On Wednesday 2, 2019 I, Andrew S. Thoms was working by Dispatch to talk to a Kim Picazio in regards to this case. I called Kim who wanted information relayed regarding additional threats that Field McConnell had posted on his u-tube channel against her. She stated that she is an attorney out of Florida and has been dealing with him for quite some time. I looked at some of the videos however they were very lengthy and did not want them in their entirety. In the videos Mr. McConnell appeared to on about several things and the clips I watched did not find anything threatening however, I did not watch the entire clip. Kim stated that she would have her staff transcribe them and point out the parts where Mr. McConnell threatened her. We discussed the situation for quite some time and I explained to her the statute she had in mind did not fit the criteria in WI and at that point at the very least it may be disorderly conduct. She stated that she understood. I advised her I would document what was occurring. I gave her my email address information and as of Friday October 4, 2019 I had not received an email from Kim regarding the information she was going to send me. I ended my contact with her a short time later.
