Duane Pike asked me to send this over. It is rather lengthy so I will try and sum it up.
- Michael Brodkorb runs a Twitter account under his name and a website called "missinginminnesota.com" which is devoted to missing persons.
- He has been posting several items about the Sandra Grazzini- Rucki parental kidnap case from 2016.
- Kimberley Bukstein aka Kimberley Raths is a self described activist who has recently been contacting Brodkorb about things he has posted on his Twitter account and the website. These posts can be seen with a search of Brodkorb in Google. He has been directly posting her emails and voice mails to him on his Twitter page which is making her upset.
- Brodkorb contacted Lt. Pike and then myself to file a police report for harassment. I took the information for the report and told him how to seek an HRO.
- From what I have read, I think Kimberly is contacting Michael to dispute claims he is posting and to protest him posting information about her on his twitter feed. She is also upset with him thinking he aided the prosecution in the parental kidnapping case. He is calling that harassment. The threats she allegedly made appear to be benign and make to mention of personal harm.
- There are no court orders in effect. Duane said I could send over the report so it will be coming you way soon. I cannot promise the report will fully explain what is going on here.
