Please advise of the status of the data request, and request to accompany law enforcement, data October 26, 2015. I will require copies of the warrant (sealed, leaked to press, then sealed again) and all supporting documentation. I want to have the transport information in advance so that I can accompany law enforcement.
Please consider this an additional request, and notice of safety concerns:
Please immediately provide the identify of those who will be transporting Sandra, including their names and identification(s), male or female, and if there have been any complaints against them and, if so, how complaints were resolved.
In addition, please provide your Lexipool Policy and Procedures manuals(s) for law enforcement, and your Prisoner’s Handbook.
If not you personally, who is the assistant county attorney(s) who is handling this case?
Which jail will she be transported to here?

Dear Ms. MacDonald
Our office is in receipt of your letter dated October 26, 2015, and October 27, 2015, concerning the above captioned criminal case. I am the assigned prosecutor in the matter, so any future correspondence should be directed to my attention. Pursuant to your receipt, I have enclosed a copy of the complaint.
As a request for information concerning Ms. Grazzini-Rucki’s transport to Minnesota, as well as your request to accompany her during that transport, your request is denied for public safety and security reasons.
In your October 27 letter you requested a “Lexipool Policy and Procedure manual(s) for law enforcement” and a “Prisoners’ Handbook.” It is unclear what law enforcement agencies you are referring to in making these requests. In any event, I have no such documents in my possession and fail to see how they are relevant in this criminal proceeding. To obtain the documents, you may submit a data practice request to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
