Interesting, because a couple of weeks ago she said the arrest was “Politically motivated”. So Danielle, what is it? Anyway, next court date is October 22 I wasn’t at the hearing today but reviewed the records in a government records database that makes it much easier to obtain (public) records than what the general public has access to. (I have access because I’m a government attorney.) Today Danielle S asserted a mental illness/cognitive impairment defense – effectively arguing that she’s not responsible for the crime due to a mental impairment. There is a follow up hearing scheduled in October. I am confused by the use of the phrase “probable cause” in this context, as well as the fact that someone (the records don’t make it clear who) apparently filed a notice of appeal today. I don’t know what the appeal relates to. Hennepin County is unusual in that the court has its own mental health staff – they are normally the initial evaluators of whether there is a viable mental illness defense, though the defense and county attorney normally hire their own experts for this purpose as well. I actually handled a first degree murder case in Hennepin some years ago and secured a full acquittal for my client with a mental illness defense. He unveiled this theory -- with no clear evidence to back it up -- in a video released last Sunday. ... Dispatch advised me an Ashley Cooper was on 9-1-1 trying to report an incident taking place in River Valley Inn and Suites. Dispatch transferred Ashley Brown (Cooper) to my phone. I recognized the voice and asked Brown why she was giving out a different name(s). Brown stated she was giving out her maiden name Cooper so nothing would be traced back to her. Brown stated her real name is Brown. I asked Brown why she left. Brown stated she needed to get back home in Two Harbors, MN. I advised Brown I was on the scene and was goinig to talk with Sheridan. Goddard said she has received all of her information to date, regarding Sheridan’s victimization, from a female she identified as Kim Picazio. … Goddard said that “they” had attempted to notify the F.B.I. but no one will listen. On February 20 and 21, 2020, Respondent Jessica Hartger sent various emails to the Court’s law clerk, opposing counsel, the Chief Judge of the First Judicial District, and others. Some of these emails included oblique threats toward the Court. After consultation with the Chief Judge, I reported these threats to law enforcement listing the Court as a victim in law enforcement records. Subsequently, law enforcement informed the Court that Ms. Hartger was posting about the Court on social media. Law enforcement advised the Court that Ms. Hartger’s location was unknown and that she was subject to a bench warrat in a felony criminal matter. The Court viewed Ms. Hartger’s public social media to determine if she was making further threats toward the Court or its staff. The Court deemed this to be an emergency and reasonably believed that no party would gain a procedural, substantive, or tactical advantage as a result. Any information learned from social media posts attributed to Ms. Hartger will not be used to render a decision in this matter. On April 6, 2020, law enforcement informed the Court that Ms. Hartger was again subject to a bench warrant, her whereabouts were unknown and she had posted threatening statements related to the Court on social media.

Plus, I have a statement from both Danielle Sheridan aka Danielle Stella and Alexander Roundtree. And Roundtree notified me that he had emailed Pedrys. And in my personal experience in dealing with Florida celebrity attorney Kim Picazio I know that Picazio loves to send lots of emails with lots of attachments. It defies logic that Florida celebrity attorney Kim Picazio and her gang-stalking crew of Alexandria Goddard and Ashley (Cooper) Brown would magically and mysteriously deviate from this M.O. Oh, speaking of extremely odd, magically and mysteriously there are allegedly no audio statements from the victim Danielle Sheridan aka Danielle Stella or her campaign manager Alexander Rountree. How is it possible that Osceola Chief of Police Ron Pedrys and his personnel magically and mysteriously couldn't fall back onto their expensive and time-consuming work-related continuing education to take an audio statement from a female harassment victim?
