I want to lodge a formal criminal complaint against Kim Lowry Picazio 1 for filing false police reports with the Pierce Co. Sheriff Dept, against my husband Field McConnell. It is my understand that filing a false police report 2 is also known as Interference with Law Enforcement. Your own deputy noted that the licensed attorney Picazio on not one (1) but two (2) separate occasion provide false information 3,4 in separate police reports. Your deputy that found no crime had been committed in either case. See attached. Kim Picazio is a licensed attorney who knew or should have known the reports were false.

Picazio has also filed a false police reports in Minnesota. The false report was that Timothy Holmseth had made death threats to Picazio. No charges were filed against Holmseth nor against Sarah Westall. See attached.

Finally, Picazio has filed false police reports against James Schambeck in Florida. Picazio falsely claimed Schambeck had stolen $50,000.00. It turned out Picazio had an affair with Schambeck that ended badly. See attached.

Open Records Request: I am also requesting copies of the incident reports and any and all body camera video and/or dash camera video for the 11-04-19 arrest of Field McConnell and the 10/9/19 & 10/22/19 service of process for Kim Picazio Petitioner vs. Field McConnell Respondent Broward County Case Number: DVCE19007230. Activity: On August 15, 2019 at approximately 09:40 hrs. I, Deputy Eric Van Nocker with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to return a phone call in regards to possible threats. I was advised the complainant Kim Lowry Picazio F/W [redacted] who is an attorney in Fort Lauderdale, FL wanted to report threats that had been made by Field Mcconnell [redacted] M/W via his YouTube page. Contact With Kim Picazio: I made phone call with Kim. Videos: I watched the video from August 14, 2019. ... I did not hear any direct threat to Kim or any judicial figure in this video.

Activity: On Wednesday October 2, 2019 I, Andrew S. Thoms was working by Dispatch to talk to a Kim Picazio in regards to this case. I called Kim who wanted information relayed regarding additional threats that Field McConnell had posted on his u-tube channel against her. She stated that she is an attorney out of Florida and has been dealing with him for quite some time. I looked at some of the videos however they were very lengthy and did not want them in their entirety. In the videos Mr. McConnell appeared to on about several things and the clips I watched did not find anything threatening however, I did not watch the entire clip. Kim stated that she would have her staff transcribe them and point out the parts where Mr. McConnell threatened her. We discussed the situation for quite some time and I explained to her the statute she had in mind did not fit the criteria in WI and at that point at the very least it may be disorderly conduct. She stated that she understood. I advised her I would document what was occurring. I gave her my email address information and as of Friday October 4, 2019 I had not received an email from Kim regarding the information she was going to send me. I ended my contact with her a short time later.
5. NARRATIVE I dispatched to call a female named Kim Picazio regarding a recording that was posted on a website. I called Kim and she began to tell me that a "conspiracy theorist" named Sarah Westall who lives at 9716 Benjamin Trail had posted a private conversation between her and a male named Jerimiah Regan. Kim stated that she is an attorney who worked on a high profile child abuse case in Florida and had received death threats from a male named Timothy Holmseth who live in East Grand Forks, ND. Kim had file an order for protection against Holmseth and he apparently had been arrested numerous times on violations of the order.
