Attached are the emails between Dede Evavold and ABC's 20/20 that I mentioned on the phone. There is clearly a dispute about waivers for the show. Plus, it would appear from the emails that the staff for Elizabeth Vargas was only interested in whether or not Dede had an attorney. However, it would also appear that the staff for Elizabeth Vargas had no concern for the fact that Dede was having her evidence illegally withheld from her in her active criminal case. Is that how you would expect a so-called investigative journalist to treat a subject of one of their broadcasts? Are the omission of facts or lies of omission standard operating procedure for members in good standing of the New York Broadcaster's Association? Is Vargas drunk on booze, drunk on power or drunk on both? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they?

In June after returning home Sandra’s daughter Samantha, one of the two girls missing for two and half years reluctantly agreed to speak with investigators. “I don’t want to be involved in it. It’s going to go in my mom’s trial, I it is. The full video of that interview has not released. But 20/20 obtained a transcript of it. In it it clear Samantha who is now 18 still supports her mother. She describes constant arguing between her parents that at times became physical. But when the detective asks Samantha did he ever hit her? She responds: “I think he probably did, I saw her like grab her really hard.” The detective asks: “So he probably hit her ok but did you actually see that?” To which Samantha replies: “No.” The detective goes on to ask: “Did he ever hit you?” She replies: “No.” Elizabeth Vargas. FYI: I do have an audio recording of the final jail interview conducted by Vargas with Sandra Grazzini-Rucki. What journalist, who as allegedly done a 6 month investigation, doesn't know the name of the trial judge, the charges against Sandra nor the date of the trial? A drunk one? Oh, and in the interview Vargas makes an extremely bizarre statement that she would follow grossly unfair and inappropriate orders from a judge to see her children, doesn't she? It's safe to say that Vargas was building a case against Sandra instead of following the facts, isn't it? It is, isn't it? Is Vargas drunk on power drunk? Drunk on alcohol? Or drunk on both? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they?
