Mayor Tim Willson 763-503-5729/763-569-3450:

Are you and Hennepin Co. Sheriff Rich "My Vehicles Used To Commit Crimes" Stanek finding it harder and hard to cover up sonny boy Ryan's crime sprees? You are, aren't you? Ryan's felony crime spree at Three River's Park District only damaged $5,438 worth of public property, right? Of course, it cost a lot more to rig the case and keep the cover-up covered up, right? However, Ryan's latest crime spree is already costing an estimated $126,411.26, right? Or is the initial cost actually much, much higher? Hmm? Is that why the insurance payment from the League of Minnesota Cities (Policy number CMC36569, right?) is magically and mysteriously being illegally withheld from me? Or is it being illegally withheld from me because the bill from Red Power Diesel Service, Inc. is padded with unnecessary costs? Or both? Inquiring minds really want to know, don't they?

You don't mind if I pose these questions to your Brooklyn Center Council member candidates, do you? I'm sure the candidates will be interested to hear how Brooklyn Center is conspiring to illegally withhold public data to help prevent Hennepin Co. Sheriff Rich "My Vehicles Used To Commit Crimes" Stanek's bid for governor from getting flushed down the toilet, aren't I? FYI: This email along with the previous passive-aggressive emails from your city manager Curt Boganey are going to be posted onto my Lion New blog, aren't they? They are, aren't they? You'll find the link below, won't you?

P.S. You were really upset when you were forced to update sonny boy Ryan's charges after I found out about the back up camera on the damage fire engine, weren't you? You were, weren't you?

Brooklyn Center Council Member Candidates:

Are you aware that Brooklyn Center is conspiring to illegally withhold readily available, free, electronic, public data from me to help prevent Hennepin Co. Sheriff Rich "My Vehicles Used To Commit Crimes" Stanek's bid for governor from getting flushed down the toilet? Hmm? The readily available, free, electronic, public data would prove that Brooklyn Center police have apparently illegally falsified police reports to magically and mysteriously undercharge Sheriff Stanek's sonny boy in his latest crime spree, wouldn't it? What crime spree you ask? The crime spree in which Sheriff Stanek's pick-up did an estimated $126,411.26 worth of damage to a Brooklyn Center Fire Truck, right? The pick-up that was illegally transporting marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia, right? That's right, isn't it? Ryan has a well-documented history of using his daddy pick-ups to transport illegal drugs, transport illegal drug paraphernalia and engage in felony criminal damage to public properly, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he?

Oh, and Ryan would have gotten away with a little tiny slap on the wrist if I didn't find out about the back up camera on your Brooklyn Center 2015 PIERCE/SABER, wouldn't he? Your City prosecutor magically and mysteriously undercharged the case based on the falsified police reports, didn't he? He did, didn't he? However, it would still appear that Ryan is magically and mysteriously getting away with impaired and/or driving driving, wouldn't it? It would, wouldn't it? Why would i say that, huh? Because the Brooklyn Center police magically and mysteriously "forgot" to search Ryan's cell phone, didn't they? And the Brooklyn Center police magically and mysteriously "forgot" to give Sheriff Stanek's sonny boy Ryan the proper field sobriety tests for marijuana usage, didn't they? they did, didn't they?

It's easy to tell that Ryan was receiving special treatment when you compare sonny boy Ryan's police reports to the police reports for Manuel Jesus Chavez Jr., isn't it? It is, isn't it? Speaking of rigged reports, did you bother to look into the apparently padded $126,411.26 repair bill submitted by Red Power Diesel Service? I have a reasonable suspicion that the repair bill is padded since the payment is being illegally withheld from me, have I? Oh, and the promo video for the 2015 PIERCE/SABER says it's easy to repair and maintain, doesn't it? It makes you wonder why the fire engine is apparently being completely disassembled to be repaired, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

You won't mind if I call you to find out if you have been good stewards, will you? A good steward would confront Mayor Tim Willson, city manager Curt Boganey and Chief of Police Tim Gannon with these allegations, wouldn't they? They would, wouldn't they? You'll find the damning evidence in the link below, won't you?

Mr. Nemmers,

Please find responses below to your public data request.

I have enclosed a copy of the only public data we have regarding cost estimates for the Fire Truck referenced in the April 28th letter of Mr. Bill Vetter.  Because this claim is handle through our insurance adjuster we do not have the original estimate.

While we have contacted our Insurance provider regarding your additional requests, I cannot guarantee they are available. If any additional public data from your requests are received by the City we will send copies to you.

Last fall the Brooklyn Center Fire Department.purchased a new fire engine to replace an older engine which was severely damaged by a drunk driver on interstate 94 while firefighters were tending to a medical emergency. The fire engine was damaged beyond repair and replaced; yet its replacement caused a significant budget shortfall for other needed equipment for the vehicle and the department due to its untimely replacement. Therefore the Brooklyn Center Fire Department is looking for a donation to help purchase a new thermal imaging camera for our new engine and new pagers to replace old ones which we are having difficulty obtaining parts for. Prior to leaving the scene I did issue Stanek Hennepin County Citation #270216200871 for two charges, the first being failure to drive with due care and possessing drug paraphernalia both which were petty misdemeanors. The vehicle was eventually towed by Cardinal towing to their yard and as stated earlier the vehicle had already been released to Stanek at the scene. ... As myself and Officer Holt began to speak with Ryan he began reaching inside of the vehicle. Due to the circumstances regarding the accident and my previous experience I knew that there was a possibility that the driver that I was currently dealing with was possibly impaired and it was likely that we would be running him through Field Sobriety Tests ... During the investigation Officer Holt advised that he would be checking the male for weapons at which time the male immediately became verbally aggressive with both myself and Officer Holt and began to tense up on Officer Holt as he began to place hands on him so that he could check the male for weapons....It should be noted that the male was acting very erratic at the time that we began to talk to him and appeared very scared which also added to the suspicion and the necessity to ensure that the male did not have any items on him which could hurt himself, officers or any of the fire fighters who were on scene at the time. I began to speak with the male and was able to obtain his ID and was eventually later identified as Ryan James Stanek DOB: 12/21/1992. As I began to speak with Stanek he stated that he did not know how or why he had hit the fire truck and stated that he had been traveling forward and that because the fire truck was slightly impeding the lane of traffic in which he was driving he had hit it. Stanek provided no other further information regarding this matter as to exactly why or how he had hit the fire truck. It should also be noted that he had not provided any other information regarding what he was doing at the time he was driving and struck the vehicle. During this investigation considering the circumstances regarding it I did by nature of the accident want to ensure that Stanek had been able to drive the vehicle at the time of the accident therefore I did ask him to submit to a PBT Test which he did willingfully submit to. The PBT did show a reading of .000 ensuring that Stanek had been able to drive the vehicle at the time of the accident.Incident Number: BC16-001679 ENTERED DATE/TIME: 05/13/2016 08:22:20 NARRATIVE TYPE: MRM SUBJECT: MAIN REPORT AUTHOR: NORDBY, GREGG

After assisting in gather information about the accident Officer Nordby then asked me to conduct an inventory search of the vehicle. Inside the vehicle I could tell that the airbags had deployed, there was glass shattered and strewn about the vehicle as well as large quantiles of miscellaneous tools. I then opened the center console between the driver and passenger seat as my training and experience has taught me that individuals frequently place valuable objects inside the center console. Inside the center console I saw a gray velvet style bag; again through my training and experience I know that frequently individuals will place money or other valuable objects inside similar bags like this. I opened up the bag and saw multiple Ziploc bags containing a green leafy substance which I knew through my training and experience to be consistent with marijuana. After finding plastic baggies containing marijuana residue inside of the velvet bag I then picked up a Marlboro red cigarette box. Upon picking it up I could hear a metallic clink and the box appeared to be heavier than a typical box of cigarettes. I then opened it to ensure there was no valuable items or money hidden inside and I found three pipes fashioned in a design similar to a cigarette which I knew through my training and experience to be considered to a "one hitter" used to smoke marijuana. I then saw another package of Marlboro red cigarettes which I picked up and felt a heavy object shift inside of it. Again it should be noted that this cigarette package was heavier than most typical cigarette packages and due to the fact that there was a heavy object inside I wanted to ensure that there was no type of valuable object inside and upon opening it I also saw that it was a pipe designed to smoke marijuana. I then brought these items over to Officer Nordby who would be assuming the role of primary officer for this incident and advised him of what I found and turned over the items to him. The most common reasons for a revoked license are DWI, insurance violations, or drugs in a motor vehicle. The license may be reinstated only after that set period has passed, a reinstatement fee is paid to DVS, the driver’s test is passed, and all other DVS requirements are satisfied.
