Faxes Destroyed By Lawless Pope County Dispatchers?

Was the fax-destroying culprit Nick A. Hollenbeck (Employee ID# 1061, $20.00/hr)?  Nick did you destroy Kathy's fax? Typical passive-aggressive behavior from lawless Pope County, isn't it?

Faxes of requests for public data don't just disappear, do they? In lawless Pope County they are made to disappear, aren't they?

If you watch the video, then you can hear Pope County's Darnelle F. Whittemore's (Employee ID# 52, $21.98/hr) disgust that Kathy wants more public data, can't you? The data is about my false arrest, isn't it?
 

We decided to retrace our steps so the lawless Pope County Sheriff's Office couldn't claim that it was our mistake, didn't we? So we did everything exactly the same as the first time, didn't we?  The only things we did do differently were to video the start of the process and video the phone call confirming the receipt of the fax.

More clear, precise and unquestionable proof that the lawless Pope County Sheriff's office was served with the lawful data request!

Well we did add a cover-sheet this time, didn't we? But that had nothing to do with whether or not the fax was received or not, did it?

  Lawless Pope County resents the fact that the interested public is looking into their criminal past, don't they?

We made sure we sent the proof that we had faxed the previous request, didn't we?

Lawless Pope County confirms that they have received the fax!

So the lesson is this:  You can't trust lawless Pope County MN!  You can't assume that they will do their job, can you?  Their real job is to obstruct justice, isn't it?  So make sure you document every encounter with these criminals, whether it is in person, on the phone, via faxes, or even emails, okay?
