CALLER: Yeah, did I talk to you before.
911: I believe so yes.
CALLER: Yeah, well anyway I got my report done. It’s all set to go, two copies.
911: Alright
CALLER: It’s all the documentation that he needs
911: Kimberly...
CALLER: Yep
911: I want to get an officer sent to help you out, I just need you to answer my questions Ok?
CALLER: Sure, I was up all night.
911: I understand. This was a harassment issue, right?
CALLER: Oh no, it’s bigger than that.
911: Ok
CALLER: It’s an interstate stalking thing but it’s called....
911: What would we...
CALLER: But it would be so blatant
CALLER: I’m also getting extorted threats from the guy too.

CALLER: And I’m making coffee...I’m making coffee for the officer if he hasn’t had any yet.
CALLER: Yeah, he can just stop over the I have this report. He can either look at it or I can try to describe it verbally, which is...he has a pattern here so it kinda has to be in chronological order but...what this guy’s done, this Terry Dean Nemmers. He’s got a long rap sheet. He’s mentally ill, he was committed to a mental health hospital. And he’s uh...he also has a long history of attacking police and stuff like that. He’s kinda got a vendetta or some sort of, you know persecution complex or something. So it’s all pretty well put together and [Note: Can you count all the wild, outrageous and unsubstantiated assertions?]
911: Alright well...
CALLER: I can give it to him and then we can talk too. See what we can do.
911: So, I will put in a call to get an officer out to that 1039 Barrett street address to speak with you and take a look at that report you have written out.
CALLER: And, and, and... the main thing is, this is not a big emergency, you know, we have all morning to do this, just in case anything big happens, you know I don’t wanna take away from anyone else in a true emergency situation, but this is so bad, I gotta get this reported. [Note: Admits emergency not an emergency?]
911: No problem.
CALLER: At least...Yeah.
911: So, actually Kimberly I understand completely and you’re absolutely right and I do have a call to get an officer sent out there. Um, I just to make sure the person who’s doing this is not on scene correct?
