To prove that I am a credible witness, I’ve included a variety of links that lead to my evidence that is online. Also, I have in my possession and readily available a variety of incriminating audio recordings that I recorded this year with McDermott’s office and with the Mankato Department of Public Safety. The readily available recordings have to do with the following past/present high-profile criminal cases: Case No. 07-CR-17-2058 State of Minnesota vs Hennepin County Sheriff Rich Stanek’s son Ryan James Stanek and Case No. 07-CR-14-171 State of Minnesota vs Mankato police officer Daniel Scott Padilla. The readily available recordings also have to do with the Chapter 13 data requests that I previously submitted and currently submitted for these high-profile case. And, you are aware that it is a criminal act to willfully refuse to comply with  the Mn Government Data Practices Act (MGDPA), aren’t you? Oh, and I reasonable suspicion that I have sufficient evidence to prove that you can’t trust any arrest, prosecution or conviction in lawless Blue Earth County, haven’t I? Which includes which I have reason to suspect is a rigged investigation into the shooting of Chase Tuseth by Mankato police officer Gary Schnorenberg, right? Did you know that Special Blue Earth County prosecutor Stearns County Janelle Kendall is illegally withholding a variety of readily available, free, electronic, public data from me?

Would you like to set up a time to hear these incriminating audio recordings before you submit your recommendation to Governor Dayton’s Chair Lee Sheehy and the rest of the selection committee or not? Inquiring minds want to know, don’t they? (I have a reasonable suspicion that you don’t, don’t I? I’ll get to that later, won’t I?)  If my memory services me correctly, then I have reason to suspect that I have an incriminating audio recording with Watonwon County Attorney Stephen Lindee. I’m thinking it is in my archive with special Mankato prosecutor James W. Brandt’s incriminating audio recording. However, if you are just going to rubberstamp the candidates you are going to recommend for the open 5th judicial district judge position, then I don’t want to bother retrieving them, do I?

Do you plan on spending as much time deliberating over the candidate’s Tuesday, October 31, 2017 interviews as you did vetting the job applications? Hmm? Or do you plan on immediately rubberstamping predetermined and preordained candidates like the other judicial districts do? Hmm? Inquiring minds really, really want to know, don’t they? The job application were do on Thursday, October 12, 2017, weren’t they? So are you going to use the same window of time to compare the interview with the application or not?  Hmm? Inquiring minds really, really, really want to know, don’t they?  Oh, I have a reasonable suspicion that you are not even going to respond to my email, haven’t I? I have, haven’t I? I’m actually hoping that you don’t, aren’t I? Why? Did I forget to mention that I will be contacting Sheehy myself? Special Agent Rittmiller also observed several photograph 'thumbnails' of young females who appeared to be approximately 14 to 16 years of age that were consistent with a typical 'profile' photograph used in social media. Additional searches were located that pertained to young girls engaged in sexual activities with animals. A second image depicts what appears to be a female who is approximately three years of age wearing a pink 'onesie.' In the photograph an individual's hands are around the waist area the child pulling the child's onesie up and to the side to expose her vagina. The child's face is not visible.  A third image depicts what appears to be a close up of the same female depicted in the second image; the clothing appears to be the same as in the second image. This photograph is focused on the child's vagina. Hands from a second individual are pulling apart the child's labia to expose the area inside the vagina.
