Dear Mr. Nemmers,
This is in response to your correspondence received on 8/30/17.
First, regarding your data request, the City of Alexandria does not maintain data responsive to your request as we do not have a LOGIS File Management system. You may submit future data requests using the attached data request form, and if you do so, we will respond to the extent required by law. Please note that to the extent allowed by law, you will be responsible to pay the actual costs for searching for and retrieving data including the cost of employee time, making, certifying, compiling, and/or transmitting the data. Upon receipt of your data request form, the City will give you an estimate of those charges, and the City requires that these charges be paid prior to commencing with the data research and preparation.
Also, your complaint relating to Captain Scott Kent has been forwarded to the Chief of Police, and he will respond accordingly.

Marty was harassing me with his wild and outrageous claims of how he was going to maliciously drive up the costs of my Chapter 13 subject data request. Also, Marty was trying to intimidate me into filing out his retarded form when he already had my signed informed consent form. What Marty's motive? Marty needs to try to stop me from shining a bright light on your corrupt cops Alexandria Police Chief Rick Wyffels & Captain Scott Kent and your corrupt City Attorney Tommy Jacobson, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he? My valid complaint shows that your corrupt cops were harassing me with a frivolous, malicious and harassing You Tube privacy complaint instead of looking for the missing teenager Jasmine Block. I think it is hilarious that a farmer stole the glory from your corrupt, clown cops when he found Block.
The police chief said the man, a farmer in the area, who has asked not to be named, decided the best place to bring her was to a “local community.” The two got in the farmer’s car and were headed to Elbow Lake when Block recognized one of the vehicles of the suspect. Because they were on the phone with a law enforcement dispatcher, Block and the farmer were able to provide information about the vehicle and law enforcement was able to find the vehicle and pull it over. Oh, by the way, You Tube said they dismissed the frivolous, malicious and harassing You Tube privacy complaint submitted by your corrupt Captain Scott Kent. You can inform Marty that he can mail my data to me at his own expense. I do not accept certified or registered mail. You may want inform Marty that no law require ms me to identify myself by filing out his harassing and retarded form. And if Marty doesn't give me my readily available, free, electronic, data (in searchable pdf format not scanned pdf, right?) in the required time frame, then I am going to handle the situation by filing another complaint.
