For some strange reason you send me this extremely insulting demand that I participate in your injustice system. What real Christian would participate in your rigged court system? Isn't it written:
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. John 7:24 King James Version
Yet, the crime scene you call a courtroom has absolutely nothing to do with righteous judgment, does it? It doesn't, does it? Not to mention, the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, was run through one of your pagan style jury trials:
And there was one named Barabbas, which lay bound with them that had made insurrection with him, who had committed murder in the insurrection. Since I am forced to attend I will make good use of my time. I plan on educating my captive audience on righteous judgment. Plus, I plan on handling out all sorts of educational material. The kind of educational material that will sow the seeds of doubt in even the most die-hard supporter of the eight district's corrupt courts (crime scenes). In fact, I was assured by my father's friend, Terry Dean, Nemmers, that he could provide me with a vast amount of clear, precise, unquestionable and incriminating evidence that would crush the spirits of my captive audience. Terry said that he had all sorts of evidence to discredit so-called law enforcement agencies like the MN Dept. of Natural Resources and the Lac Qui Parle Co. Sheriff's department.
According to Nemmers public information, Lac Qui Parle Co. Attorney Richard G. Stulz and DNR Colonel Rodmen Smith have been caught rigging trials by illegally releasing confidential criminal investigative data to the media, haven't they? Terry said he could provide me with clear, precise and unquestionable proof that the following cases have been rigged by the Page 1 of 3

Mr. Karpan: I do have one request. Um, I've not asked for this before, I'm not sure how to handle it, but the Department of Natural Resources as they've done in the past has seen fit to do a press release, and officer Osborne has answered questions for the newspaper. My client – all the facts of the case are in the Echo Press, on the radio and in sporting magazines. Not only are there quotes in there that aren't - - I mean I know the State has a right to release incident data I think it's called. Under Chapter 13.82, investigative data is not to be released. Well, there are pictures allegedly of my client's fish all over the Echo Press. Everybody in town is talking about it. I don't know if I'll have to make a change of venue motion eventually. I'll have to see how this plays out in a few months. But under 13.82, there's no way the DNR is supposed to be releasing pictures of evidence to the newspaper. It prejudices my client. It prejudices all of us. It makes it impossible to get a fair trail. So I'm asking the Court to order the Department of Natural Resources to not discuss this case any further until it's done.

The seeds of doubt will sprout and grow when the captive audience hears of the malicious prosecutions, illegally withheld evidence, false police reports, illegal searches and seizures and the perjury, won't they? They will, won't they?
Plus, Terry said that he has a collection of audio recording with all sorts of the eight district's corrupt local officials who are current illegally withholding all sorts of readily available, free, electronic, public data from him. I'm sure that my captive audience would love a copy of the audio so they can listen to Terry expose these corrupt local officials. The seeds of doubt will start to take root when Terry's audios go into the parts that explain that it is a criminal act to illegally withhold readily available, free, electronic, public data, won't they? They will, won't they?
As a special bonus, Terry promised me one of his prized possessions. Terry said he would give me an audio recording of a rigged court case in the eight district. The prosecutor for the Page 2 of 3
rigged case is Special Assistant Meeker Co. attorney/McLeod Co. Attorney Michael Junge. Junge magically & mysteriously pretends that the Meeker Co. Sheriff's dept has no surveillance video. This is how Junge magically and mysteriously pretends that Meeker County Commissioner Dale Fenrich's sonny boy Taylor could tazer (a felony, right?) Eden Valley Chief Of Police Ernest Junker and magically and mysteriously be undercharged with a mere misdemeanor. Yes, it's all on the audio, isn't it?

Perhaps the greatest harm done by the third-degree methods lies in the eventual harm to the department. Once the public is convinced such methods are used, it becomes extremely difficult for the police to convict anyone, no matter how guilty, nor how good the police case. Judges and juries are ready to believe the defense contention that third-degree methods were used. The case goes out the window. The police, unable to obtain convictions, take it out “first hand” on the criminals, usually with the nightstick and the cycle becomes more and more vicious. Richard A.
