You know, the one that cost Gronseth and Seliga-Punyko their positions, don't you? Did you advise your USC clients that you are setting Keith Jacobus, superintendent of South Washington County Schools & Ron Kath, School Board Chair up for the same kind of treatment? I have a reasonable suspicion that you haven't, haven't I? I have, haven't I?

Speaking of filing criminal complaints, did you hear about the criminal complaint that I filed against Doug Froke, Superintendent of Detroit Lakes Public Schools? He coughed up some of my illegally withheld data pretty fast after I filed the complaint with the Detroit Lake Police dept., didn't he? He did, didn't he? Oh, I haven't placed my recording of Froke's complaint with the DLPD online, have I? I haven't, have I? I'm saving them just like I've saved my audio recordings with you and Jerry K. Van Raden said Theisen continued to harass him when Van Raden was out on bail. Van Raden said he went to the Clay County Courthouse and asked why nothing was being done about it and he was given a card to Rape and Abuse Crisis Center. The MPD decided to provoke Van Raden to anger by just ignoring him, didn't they?

And after Van Raden was incited by the MPD, he said something that was intentionally taken completely out of context by the MPD, didn't he?

The video is full of expletives. Van Raden told the officers that the stun gun could kill him because he has a heart condition. He is shocked twice during the incident. After this incident, Van Raden was civilly committed to Prairie St. John's psychiatric hospital in Fargo for about 3 weeks. He's now demanding a jury trial and seeking unspecified damages. The MPD wanted Van Raden's character smeared so that Van Raden would either shut up in fear of another "contempt of cop" retaliation or he wouldn't be believed by the public, didn't they?

Although the city is under no obligation, a neutral third party is often used in serious investigations to avoid a conflict of interest and clear any suggestion of criminal wrong-doing.
