No surprise to myself, I found out from the staff that there was no Petition to Enter a Guilty Plea neither was there a Pre-Sentencing Investigation submitted into “Perjury Palace’s” court record. A Petition to Enter a Guilty Plea for Stephen Lee McCabe’s “Perjury Palace” Case No. 61-CR-17-348 magically and mysteriously did appeared in the court record after I started asking about a transcript for the hearing. I was able to obtain Cheryl Torgerson’s name. However, the staff member willfully refused to give me the contact information for so-called Pope County judge Rodney “You’re Arrested – You’re Guilty” Hanson’s court reporter Cheryl Torgerson. I’ve provided the link to the recorded call so you can ignore it at your convenience.
I was surprised by Stephen’s sudden plea deal. Why? Because in my recorded conversations with Stephen and fiancée Sharniece LeShae Wright 2 indicated that they were both going to fight these charges “tooth and nail.” The only hang-ups were that Stephen had lost his job over these charges and couldn’t find work. Plus, Stephen’s father had just dropped somewhere around $10.000.00 (12K if it went to trial) on attorney Anthony Michael Bussa 218-531-2121(W) to allegedly represent him. And according to Bussa it was going to be easy since he was going attack the probable cause. And the hang-up that Sharniece noted was that her public (Pretender) defender Jeff “Worthless as tits on a boar” Kuhn “just didn’t care.” 320-634-4584(W). Which brings me to why I am writing today. I have reason to suspect that public (Pretender) defender Jeff “Worthless as tits on a boar” Kuhn has coerced and manipulated Sharniece into taking a plea deal at 1:00pm today at the “Perjury Place” in lawless Pope County. FYI: in a 01-09-18 recorded conversation Stephen’s attorney Anthony Michael Bussa admitted that he would never file for sanction against a prosecutor for Brady violations. See link above.
Why would I think that? Well all three (3) cases (61-CR-17-348, 61-CR-17-349, 61-CR-17-301 4 that I have assisted on recently have had their contested Omnibus hearing magically, mysteriously and repeatedly shoved back and back and back. The common factor in each case is the lack of financial resources. Both Dean Swerman (61-CR-17-301) and Stephen lost their jobs and couldn’t find a new job because of the charges. So all Pope County judge Rodney “You’re Arrested – You’re Guilty” Hanson had to do was to slowly and surely force them all to plead guilty was to push back their respective omnibus hearings that would clear them of their crimes back far enough until that point where their lack of finances would force each and everyone of them to take a plea deal. I reached the reasonable conclusion that poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell was subjected to a provocation, a false arrest and a malicious imprisonment based in part on the fact that after thirty- six hours in the Hennepin County jail that poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell was not charged with second degree felony assault. However, after submitting a Chapter 13 informed consent form to both the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Dept and the City of Brooklyn Park poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell was maliciously charged with a couple of malicious, measly misdemeanors. Note: both informed content forms contain similar language which described the arrest as “false” and the imprisonment as “malicious.”

On Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 3:32 PM City of Brooklyn Park Deputy Chief Mark Bruley sent poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell, what I was describe as, a “Go to hell!” email. The “Go to hell!” email stated that poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell could only get his data through an attorney. On April 23, 2018 City of Brooklyn Park’s City attorney Michael J. Colich returned my phone call. In the phone conversation Colich made some wild and outrageous claims that he was not in possession of poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell’s signed, legal demand for his evidence. Plus, Colich was making some wild and outrageous claims that he would be charging poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell $20.00 for his readily available, free, electronic data. A simple transfer of data doesn’t cost $20.00. Maliciously and intentionally converting electronic data to paper documents does.

Well, there are pictures allegedly of my client's fish all over the Echo Press. Everybody in town is talking about it. I don't know if I'll have to make a change of venue motion eventually. I'll have to see how this plays out in a few months. But under 13.82, there's no way the DNR is supposed to be releasing pictures of evidence to the news- paper. It prejudices my client. What also backs up my reasonable suspicions of a conspiracy to try my case in the court of public opinion is that I have not been notified 8 by DNR personnel, St Louis County personnel, sixth judicial district court administration, nor even a sixth judicial district officer of the court that there has been a breach involving my confidential, nonpublic data for my case Case No. 69DU-CR-17-900 and for my co-defendant in Case No. 69DU-CR-17-901 State of Minnesota vs Douglas Anthony Marana.
I’ve attached Terry Dean, Nemmers’ Chapter 13 data requests. The Chapter 13 data requests indicate that Nemmers received confidential, nonpublic data (See attached digital image: Indiana overlimits.jpg) for the Indiana Fisherman’s cases (03-CR-15-1798, 03-CR-15-1800, No. 03-CR-15- 1802, 03-CR-15-1800, 03-CR-15-1801, 03-CR-15-1803, and 03-CR-15-1804). Nemmers’ Chapter 13 data requests indicated that both DNR Administrative Manager Captain Alex Gutierrez and MN DNR Data Practices Compliance Official Sheila Deyo were willing to illegally release the same confidential, nonpublic to Nemmers as they illegally released to the personnel 9 of KARE 11-TV.
