Benson Air Ag Inc. & Spray Plane: Passive-Aggressive Assholes Who Act Like They Are Above The Law?

Are the guys at the MN Dept of Ag. just goofing off when they should be dealing with falsified police reports and chemical spills at the Brooten Municpal airport?

Well today seemed like July 6, 2011, didn't it?


The only things missing were the two common criminals Pope County Sheriff Timmy "The Perjurer" Riley and his emotional cripple of a Chief Deputy Nathan "Public Menace #001" Brecht, right?


A little after noon some passive-aggressive asshole in a spray plane decided he would destroy the peace and quietude of the day, didn't he?


Passive-aggressive assholes think that only they have rights, don't they?

And these passive-aggressive assholes feel that their only purpose in life is to get money, isn't it?

So I pulled out the trusty camera and filmed about 16 minutes worth of video, didn't I?



What you looking for lawless State of Minnesota, Sartell,  huh?

This passive-aggressive asshole chased the cattle out of the pasture, didn't he?

On 07-24-13 the cattle were still skiddish, weren't they?


The passive-aggressive assholes were tracked down at the Brooten Municipal Airport, weren't they?








Looks like a threat to public safety, doesn't it?















The passive-aggressive asshole doesn't want to have his passive-aggressive mug on video, does he?

Kind of hard to be mad at someone who keeps on telling you that you are kind, courteous, and helpful, isn't it?

Do these passive-aggressive assholes have some safety issues with their rig? Is that why the passive-aggressive assholes were so desperate to hide the semi tractor?

Supposedly, the city cop went to investigate the passive-aggressive assholes, right?


So on July 24, 2013 I put in a request for the incident report, didn't I?





These are the emails that I sent to Brooten's Clerk/Treasureron 07-25-13, aren't they?





I mentioned to Jeanne that I thought it was odd that a police incident report was not available the next day, didn't I?


Guess these passive-aggressive assholes shouldn't have been passive-aggressive assholes, huh?


Got a call on 07-25-13 from the Dept of Ag after I called the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, did I?

07-26-13 Emails: Jeannne at the Brooten City hall isn't so kind, courteous and helpful, is she?




Sounds like Brooten's cops (Belgrade Police Department) never did check on the fire or the chemical spill, doesn't it?

My 07-26-13 call back from Brooten's City Attorney Robert Stoneburner? Why is he calling me at 5:00 p.m., huh? So I can't contact any state/federal officials? And I told to Stoneburner's secretary this morning that I had a strong suspicion that this incident at the airport was never investigated, didn't I? And I said that the police were to ensure the people's safety, didn't I? And if the police didn't do their job, then I didn't feel too safe, right? Do you think that stirred them up? I do, don't I?

 


A message on my machine at 6:03 p.m. on 07-26-13? What do the Belgrade cops want? The message said the report was done, doesn't it? But some questions supposedly need to be answered before I can get the report? Sound fishy, doesn't it? So what are these important questions, huh? Jeanne Kinne, Brooten's City Clerk-Treasurer has my email address, doesn't she? Do I want it sent by email? That has already been asked and answered to the Belgrade Police on July 24, 2013, hasn't it?


Ha! On 07-26-13 at about 8:00 p.m. had Belgrade's "finest" call me back after I left a message about their previous message, didn't I? A little phone tag, huh? Well my message must have "rattled his cage" since Belgrade's "finest"wasn't doing to fine, were they?


The conversation was really too bizarre to repeat so I'll just upload the video, won't I?

Kind of sounds like the wild west in lawless Itasca County, doesn't it? Must be since "the law" doesn't have to follow the law, right? Guess those "Good Ol' Boys" feel like real men by threatening a handcuffed old man with a heart condition, don't they?


And putting a hand on your gun near one of these quick on the trigger Itasca cowboys would get you a ticket to the hospital or the morgue, wouldn't it? Tim's hands were empty but he was full of energy to recount the past, wasn't he? A past that these Itasca County cowboys would rather forget, right?


Itasca County deputy Jamie Gilbert (The deputy who makes death threats against his fellow LEOs, right?) was in one of the cowboys on this arrest, wasn't he?


Itasca County deputy Robin Johnson (Part of the original Excessive Force crew, right?) was the other half of this wild west show, wasn't he?


And the case of Tim's lesson in excessive force by the hands of Itasca's cowboys he had a witness who said that the cowboys were "over the top," didn't he?


And you will notice that Tim was not subjected to the taser this time, won't you?


I would suspect that the Itasca cowboys learned that the taser fiasco was not something that they wanted to repeat on poor Tim, wouldn't I?


And you will notice that Itasca cowboys are audio recording the entire encounter, won't you?

Funny, that the Itasca cowboys would be so cautious to record that encounter and yet be so "careless" to fail record Tim's recent traffic ticket, isn't it? And I'm sure that John Lom would agree that the Itasca County cowboys are withholding evidence that incriminates the Itasca County cowboys in his trumped up case, aren't I?

 ... and then about 3:00 p.m. after I posted the title of this blog post decided he had better not, doesn't he?



Yesterday, July 15, 2013 I called the Stevens Co. Attorney's Office [ Ph: (320) 208-6590 ] to remind Assistant Stevens County Attorney Carl Thunem that I was expecting his phone, didn't I? Was I greeted by a cheery voice?  Nope!  I was greeted by a voice mail, wasn't I?


I had a feeling that it was no accident that no one was answering the phone, didn't I? I knew that no one would return my scheduled call on Tuesday, didn't I? Why?

Because of what happen the next day after to my call on July 9, 2013 to Assistant Stevens County Attorney Carl Thunem, right? It was kind of a bizarre set of events, wasn't it?


On that morning I had an indication that Stevens County Sheriff Jason "What is Truth?" Dingman had called, but had not left a message, didn't I?


Then later he had emailed me this strange message, didn't he?


Missing data is found? Found after I said "Mail fraud" to Assistant Stevens County Attorney Carl Thunem, right?

Phone Call Of July 09, 2013


Then about 5:00 p.m. I receive a nasty, passive-aggressive letter from Stevens County Sheriff Jason "What is Truth?" Dingman, didn't I? Basically, it tells me where I can stick my data request, doesn't it?



Oh, what a difference a day makes, huh? Allegations of mail fraud, falsification of officials documents and the cover-up of criminal vehicular homicide makes Stevens County Sheriff Jason "What is Truth?" Dingman start to sweat bullets, doesn't it?

 


So Stevens County Sheriff Jason "What is Truth?" Dingman needs to appease me, doesn't he?


So Stevens County Sheriff Jason "What is Truth?" Dingman decides to send me a virtual bone, doesn't he? The virtual bone is the transcript he was illegally withholding before, wasn't it? Even though Stevens County Sheriff Jason "What is Truth?" Dingman had to get the transcript from the audio disk he is illegally withholding, he doesn't send the audio disks from either statement, does he? 


Stevens County Sheriff Jason "What is Truth?" Dingman must think that I'm really stupid, doesn't he? He thinks that I am so stupid that I wouldn't demand what I asked for, right? I would somehow be so stupid that I would settle for less, right? That isn't going to happen, is it?


Plus, the only way I can verify if the transcripts are accurate is to compare the audio with the transcript, isn't it? And we all know that these transcripts don't match the audio, don't we?

Hancock Police Chief Donald "Dead Drunk" Heikkinen still isn't fighting crime in heaven, is he?
