Just Noticed, They have got me listed as conditional release!  I paid the fucking bond before I left the building to have that lifted and gave my copy to George!

What kind of shit are they pulling, and where did that $2500 go (10% of the $25k Bond I paid for)?

Thieving fucking pigs!!!! A very upset John Lom in a July 5, 2013 email after I sent him a copy of his court case ( 31-CR-13-137 ) which I obtained from the Minnesota Trial Court Public Access Remote.

John was all for filing a complaint, wasn't he? And why shouldn't he be, huh?

And this isn't the only complaint that is being worked on, is it?

Tim Salisbury will also be filing a complaint really soon, won't he? He didn't appreciate the crooked judges wasting his time nor endangering his health with their passive-aggressive (They think that they have rights and you don't, don't they?) behavior, did he?

And I have a phone conversation with a very rude, nasty, passive-aggressive (They think that they have rights and you don't, don't they?), and obstructive Itasca county court staff, don't I?  So that will mean at least three (3) complaints, won't it?

  These complaints will start to pull the sheep's clothing off of these wolves, won't it?

The last thing these Itasca Co. wolves want is to have complaints filed against them, isn't it?

And, if you read John's complaint, then you will notice John's references of how Judge Lois "The Fix Is In" Lang made her loony order the day after (May 23, 2013) he filed criminal complaint against (May 22, 2013) the "Good Ol' Boys" Curtiss & LeClair, won't you? And don't forget: Curtiss & LeClair lawyered up, didn't they?

What we have here is an act of desperation on "The Fix Is In" Lang's part, isn't it?

 "The Fix Is In" Lang knows that Curtiss & LeClair are lying through their teeth, doesn't she?

So "The Fix Is In" Lang decides to make some wild assertions in her loony paperwork, doesn't she?

"The Fix Is In" Lang is really spinning a big whopper when she says that the trained & professional liar's stories can be trusted, isn't she? "The Fix Is In" Lang should have been clued in to the fact that Curtiss & LeClair were lying when "I don't recall" was the most common phrase uttered, shouldn't she?

"The Fix Is In" Lang just makes sure she doesn't talk about how Curtiss & LeClair broke into John Lom's home and business, doesn't she? Nor does "The Fix Is In" Lang want to talk about how the proper procedure for interview/interrogation wasn't followed, does she?

 "The Fix Is In" Lang  doesn't want to talk about how the trained observers couldn't see that the clip was missing from John automatic, does she? Nor does "The Fix Is In" Lang want to talk about how the distances claimed by the lying deputies would have put the deputies standing outside the door, does she?

Nor does "The Fix Is In" Lang want to talk about the missing dash cam video in both squads, does she? And last but not least - "The Fix Is In" Lang doesn't want to talk about the missing $6500.00, does she? How can you trust a so-called ruling that knowingly, willingly and intentionally ignores all those damning facts, huh?  You can't, can you?

Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams has been trying to withhold evidence in lawless Itasca Co., hasn't he? To cover up his spoliation of evidence (Withholding evidence that incriminates Vic and his cronies, right?) "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams started making the wild claims that dash cam video did not exist, didn't he?

 Actually, that loony cover story originally started with his crooked deputies Curtiss & LeClair, didn't it?

Apparently, "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams has found that his fairytales weren't being believed, hasn't he? Come on now! Who is dumb enough to believe that "The dog ate my homework" excuse more than once, huh?

Well, in hopes of duping the people with eyes to see, "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams has now switch to a new & improved whacko story, hasn't he? Now "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams isn't claiming that the dash cam video does not exist, is he?  No, he isn't, is he? Instead, "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams has decided to spew the goofy line that the dash cam videos are not in his possession, right?

Are they in the trunk of Itasca Co. Attorney John "Good Ol' boy #1" Muhar's car? Who has possession of these dash cam (and MDT) videos, huh?  Inquiring minds demand to know, don't they?

Oh, we can't forget about the goofball excuse used to avoid giving John Lom a copy of the citation, can we? "This information is retained by Court Administration. Request needs to be made directly to them"  Vic, that ticket was in your possession at the time it was issued, wasn't it? Vic, you still are an officer of the court, aren't you?

When Itasca Co. Sheriff "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams changing his laughable story that made him look really, really guilty, didn't it? It did, didn't it?

The “liar liar” technique, when stripped to its barest essentials involves the following progression:

1. Get the defendant to say that a prior inconsistent statement is untrue.
2. Get the defendant to say that she knew it was untrue when she made it.
3. Get the defendant to admit that she lied.

Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams received kind of a rude awakening this weekend, didn't he? "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams didn't realize that I had a copy of his policy & procedure manual, did he? And "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams was probably taken aback when I gave a copy to John  Lom, wasn't he?

You have heard that "knowledge is power," haven't you? The saying is based on this verse, isn't it?

So now you know why "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams doesn't John Lom, Tim Salisbury or myself to have the public data that "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams is entrusted to gather, keep, and distribute, don't you? It makes him look really guilty, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

If "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams can prevent John Lom, Tim Salisbury or myself from getting public data, then he has control or power over us, doesn't he? "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams can commit and cover up as much crime as he wants if he can keep the evidence of the crimes hidden from eyes of the inquiring minds, can't he?

But when John Lom, Tim Salisbury and I have pooled our resources and energies, then it is a lot harder to maintain his image as an "honest cop" and commit crimes at will, isn't it?

The whole strategy of exposing corruption in lawless Itasca county has been to intertwine John Lom's case and Tim Salisbury's case, hasn't it?

And the cases are intertwined by public data, aren't they?

And that is why "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams is willing to break the law to withhold and possibly destroy this public data, isn't it?

"Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams doesn't is hoping that John Lom, Tim Salisbury & I all drop dead real soon, isn't he?

Instead, maybe "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams try to not be a crook, huh? Well, that isn't going to happen, is it?

And that is to our advantage, isn't it?  Since we know "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams is crook and will continue to be a crook, then there is absolutely no reason for us to believe a single thing that he says or does, right?

John Lom's Lawyer Duranske Asks Itasca Co. Attorney Muhar For Service Receipts For Dashcam Repairs Per Sheriff's Policy & Procedure Manual?

Looks like Itasca Co. is going to have a pretty crappy 4th of July weekend, doesn't it? Why you ask?

First of all, John Lom's attorney, George Duranske, sent John his copy of the audio recording of Lom's statement to Cass Co. LT. L. Scott Thompson, didn't he? LT. L. Scott Thompson didn't want John to have a copy of his statement, did he? Kind of funny when Thompson sent John a copy of the transcript, isn't it?

Second, Duranske asked County Attorney John "Good Ol' Boy #1" Muhar for the service receipts for the repairs on those dashcam video devices that allegedly didn't work when John had his $6500.00 stolen from him, didn't he?

Third, Duranske referenced the policy & procedure manuals from the Itasca Co. Sheriff's department, didn't he? Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams is wondering where John Lom got copies of the policy & procedure manuals from the Itasca Co. Sheriff's department, isn't he?

Well, John Lom got the copies of the policy & procedure manuals from me, didn't he?  And I was glad to get them from Tim Salisbury, wasn't I?

And according to the Itasca Co. Sheriff's department policy & procedure manual - safety issues with squad cars are to be reported to the Chief Deputy or the Sheriff, aren't they?  So, if there are issues with the dashcam videos (There never was, was there?), then the "Good Ol' Boys" Deutsch & Williams knew about then, didn't they?

Just another example of constructive knowledge, isn't it?

But, since I am not dumb as a post and know that Stevens Co. Sheriff Jason "What Is Truth?" Dingman is a trained and professional liar I didn't believe that he would send me all the data before I even submitted the request, did I?

And Stevens Co. Sheriff Jason "What Is Truth?" Dingman didn't send me all the data, did he?

So you would have to be pretty stupid to believe anything that Stevens Co. Sheriff Jason "What Is Truth?" Dingman said, wouldn't you?

In fact, Stevens Co. Sheriff Jason "What Is Truth?" Dingman was so upset when I made mention of the fact that the date of death for Hancock Police Chief Donald “Dead Drunk” Heikkinen was September 4, 2011 and not September 5, 2011, he got mad and hung up on me, didn't he?

"What Is Truth?" Dingman wanted to know why that was a concern of mine, didn't he?

Who wouldn't be concerned about falsified public documents?

Obviously, falsifying documents is a normal occurrence for "What Is Truth?" Dingman, isn't it?

So how can you trust any arrest, prosecution, conviction, or death in lawless Stevens Co.? You can't, can you?

I wonder if "What Is Truth?" Dingman is going to be drinking and boating this July 4th?
