To prove that I am a credible witness, I’ve included a variety of links that lead to my evidence that is online. Also, I have in my possession and readily available a variety of incriminating audio recordings that I recorded this year with McDermott’s office and with the Mankato Department of Public Safety. The readily available recordings have to do with the following past/present high-profile criminal cases: Case No. 07-CR-17-2058 State of Minnesota vs Hennepin County Sheriff Rich Stanek’s son Ryan James Stanek and Case No. 07-CR-14-171 State of Minnesota vs Mankato police officer Daniel Scott Padilla. The readily available recordings also have to do with the Chapter 13 data requests that I previously submitted and currently submitted for these high-profile case. And, you are aware that it is a criminal act to willfully refuse to comply with  the Mn Government Data Practices Act (MGDPA), aren’t you? Which includes which I have reason to suspect is a rigged investigation into the shooting of Chase Tuseth by Mankato police officer Gary Schnorenberg, right? Did you know that Special Blue Earth County prosecutor Stearns County Janelle Kendall is illegally withholding a variety of readily available, free, electronic, public data from me?

Would you like to set up a time to hear these incriminating audio recordings before you submit your recommendation to Governor Dayton’s Chair Lee Sheehy and the rest of the selection committee or not? However, if you are just going to rubberstamp the candidates you are going to recommend for the open 5th judicial district judge position, then I don’t want to bother retrieving them, do I?

Do you plan on spending as much time deliberating over the candidate’s Tuesday, October 31, 2017 interviews as you did vetting the job applications? Hmm? Or do you plan on immediately rubberstamping predetermined and preordained candidates like the other judicial districts do? Hmm? Inquiring minds really, really want to know, don’t they? The job application were do on Thursday, October 12, 2017, weren’t they? So are you going to use the same window of time to compare the interview with the application or not?  Hmm? Additional searches were located that pertained to young girls engaged in sexual activities with animals. The child's face is not visible.  A third image depicts what appears to be a close up of the same female depicted in the second image; the clothing appears to be the same as in the second image. I exited my patrol car and a gentleman approached me identifying himself as the Menards General store manager, Doug Stuart. Doug said that the mail in the vehicle near the exit area of the lumber yard, and he pointed to a passenger cat that was occupied two times, had placed an item from inside the lumber yard into his trunk and then proceeded to exit the lumber yard.
