Hey! It looks like Kandiyohi county has fallen into that same trap of promoting common criminals to higher office, doesn't it?

After a unanimous vote of appointment by the Kandiyohi County Board, Baker said he was “humbled by the moment” and recognized the “great responsibility” that comes with the County Attorney’s Office of providing “justice in the community.” …   An interview committee made up of County Administrator Larry Kleindl, Kandiyohi County Commissioners Roger Imdieke and Jim Butterfield, Sheriff Dan Hartog, Community Corrections Director Deb West, Health and Human Services Director Ann Stehn and Human Resources Director Lynn Travaglio recommended that Baker be appointed to the position. The vote for Shane "Malicious Prosecution" Baker was unanimous because all Baker's partners in crime are all criminals with something to hide, right?

It really wasn't going to work out very good for me if Shane "Malicious Prosecution" Baker wasn't promoted to County Attorney, was it?

I already have the dirt on Shane "Malicious Prosecution" Baker, don't I? Why would I want to go to all the trouble of having to dig up the dirt on some other criminal, huh?

It is easier to work a common criminal you have had experience with, isn't it?

So it will be so much easier to throw a huge monkey wrench into one of Shane "Malicious Prosecution" Baker's malicious prosecutions, won't it?

Plus, the credibility of Kandiyohi county's corrupt courts has already been called into question hasn't it?

All we need to do now is locate a victim of a Kandiyohi County malicious prosecution, right?

So the first clue for you is that I will be reporting this blackmail scheme to Stearns Co. Attorney Janelle "Conflict of Interest" Kendall, isn't it?

I wonder if Janie will be able to rig Brooten City Attorney Stoneburner's domestic abuse case; cover up Brooten City Attorney Stoneburner's involvement in the falsification of police reports and illegal withholding of public information in the Lakeside Food's Spray Plane Scandal; and still be able to pervert justice in my blackmail case, don't I? I'm sure she'll find the time, aren't I?

Jannie was about the rig the court case for Brooten's City Attorney Robert "The Offender" Stoneburner, wasn't she?

I must have really upset Jannie, huh? Why? Because the scheduled Omnibus hearing was suddenly switched to a "Hurry! We Need To Make Stoneburner's Rigged Case Look Like It Isn't Rigged!" hearing, wasn't it?

Amazing what kinds of criminal activities these crooks in so-called law enforcement engage in on a daily basis, isn't it?

But, it you don't have your eyes open to this corruption they get away with it, don't they?

These crimes are hidden in plain sight, aren't they? Why?

Because they know that you aren't paying any attention to what they do, don't they?

And that is why they hate my guts, isn't it?

This complaint deals with the funding of the malicious prosecution and the due process violations that Itasca Co. is guilty of, isn't it?

John kept the complaint short and sweet, didn't he?

And then he attached his complaint he filed with Itasca Co. as supporting evidence, didn't he?

The supporting evidence to the complaint filed with the county has the letters from John's lawyer George Duranske, doesn't it?

And John is promising a lawsuit, isn't he?

John Lom Files Complaint Against Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic Williams & County Attorney John Muhar For Malicious Prosecution? Lom Fears Retaliation By Lawless County?

When you know the history of lawless Itasca County then you will appreciate the amount of time and effort that went into getting this form, won't you? How I managed to get this form will be outlined in a video that I will put up tomorrow.

Let's focus on John Lom's complaint, shall we? John Lom has been through the wringer these last 9+ months, hasn't he? He had his house and business broken into by lawless Itasca badge-wearing criminals, hadn't he?

And these badge wearing criminals failed to follow their own policy and procedure as they broke the law, didn't they? And as a finishing touch to their malicious arrest they stole $6,500.00 of John's hard-earned money. didn't they? And then these so-called brave thugs with badges and guns got all lawyered up when John turned the tables on them by filing a criminal complaint against them, didn't they?

This all could have been corrected a long time ago had Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic Williams & County Attorney John Muhar done their advertised job, couldn't it? But that didn't happen, did it?

Why?  Simple. They had to teach John Lom a lession, didn't they? They were going to teach John Lom that they were "the law," weren't they? And as the so-called law they could break as many laws as they wanted - whenever they wanted, couldn't they?

And that is what Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic Williams & County Attorney John Muhar set out to do, isn't it? You don't have to take my word for it or even John Lom's word for it, do you?

John Lom's attorney George Duranske III made it clear in his paperwork that Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic Williams & County Attorney John Muhar had little or no regard for the law, didn't he?

So why would John Lom be submitting a complaint to lawless Itasca county to investigate two of their own? Simple. To document Williams' and Muhar's cohorts trying to subvert and pervert justice in this investigation, also, right? John is expecting a cover-up, isn't he?

If you are expecting a cover-up, then the evidence of the cover-up is easier to spot, isn't it? Plus, if John gets any justice from lawless Itasca County, then it will because he forced them to give it to him, right? It will be interesting to see how lawless Itasca County tries to bury this complaint, won't it?
