I've attached Jesse's criminal complaint that he filed with your equally corrupt Aitkin Chief of Police Tim Catlin.

Upon receipt of an appropriate written complaint, the Chair of the County Board shall convene a meeting with the County Administrator and the County Employee Relations Director to review the complaint at their earliest convenience. At that meeting, a course of action in response to the complaint will be determined. If it is determined that an investigation is warranted, the elected official alleged to have violated the Code will be notified. The investigation may be completed by an authorized neutral third party. If the complaint contains an allegation that may be criminal in nature, the complaint will be sent to the appropriate law enforcement agency to determine if there is evidence of a criminal act. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE January 2, 2019 Commission on Judicial Selection Recommends Ninth Judicial District Candidates to Governor Dayton ST. PAUL, MN – The Commission on Judicial Selection announced today it is recommending three candidates for consideration to fill the current vacancy in Minnesota’s Ninth Judicial District. This vacancy will occur upon the retirement of the Honorable Earl E. Maus, and will be chambered at Brainerd in Crow Wing County.
Matthew Mallie: Mr. Mallie is a solo practitioner at Mallie Law Offices P.A., where he maintains a general practice. Additionally, he serves as the city prosecutor for multiple Crow Wing County cities and a conflict attorney for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe. Previously, he was the civil city attorney for the City of Garrison, an assistant city prosecutor at Hollenhorst Law Office, P.A., and judicial law clerk to the Honorable L.W. Yost, First Judicial District Court Judge. Mr. Mallie is Chair of the Victim Coordinating Council, Vice-Chair of the Brainerd Economic Development Committee, and a member of Business Networking International and the Brainerd Lakes Area Sex Trafficking Team.
Stephanie Shook: Ms. Shook is the Assistant County Attorney in the Crow Wing County Attorney’s Office, where she handles the prosecution of felony controlled substance offenses and serves on the Drug Court Team. Previously, she was the Assistant Aitkin County Attorney, Staff Attorney with the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Assistant Public Defender in the Ninth Judicial District, and Law Clerk in the Fourth Judicial District. Ms. Shook is Vice President and board member of Crisis Line and Referral Service and the Bingo Chairperson and member of the Lower South Long Lake Improvement Association.
Sarah Winge: Ms. Winge is an Assistant County Attorney at the Aitkin County Attorney’s Office, where she handles child support, child protection, juvenile delinquency, civil commitment, guardianship, and adult protection cases. Previously, she was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable B.W. Christopherson, Eighth Judicial District Court Judge, an associate attorney at Nelson Oyen Torvik, P.L.L.P., and a law clerk with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Winge is a confirmation volunteer at Trinity Lutheran Church and a member of Legacy Chorale of Greater Minnesota, the Children’s Justice Initiative, and the Minnesota County Attorneys Association, where she served as Co-Chair of the ICWA subcommittee to the Juvenile Law Committee.
