On Monday, June 19, 2017 at 2:36 PM I submitted Chapter 13 data requests to your your corrupt Yellow Medicine County (YMC) Sheriff Bill Flaten and to your corrupt YMC County Attorney Keith Helgeson. I also submitted a Chapter 13 data request to your corrupt YMC County Attorney Keith Helgeson on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 2:49 PM. As of today’s data I have not received the Chapter 13.03, Subd. 3. (e) readily available, free, electronic 3 , public data that I requested. Instead on June 26, 2017 I received a snail-mailed “Go to Hell!” letter 2,3,4 from corrupt Flaten’s minions. The “Go to Hell!” letter made the wild and outrageous demand that I pay $24.75 to have my Chapter 13.03, Subd. 3. (e) readily available, free, electronic 5, public data either printed onto pieces of paper and then snail-mailed to me or my electronic data would be printed onto pieces of paper and then scanned 6 back into the computer so it could be emailed to me. I have reason to suspect that your corrupt Helgeson advised your corrupt Flaten to send me the snail-mailed “Go to Hell!” letter. I also have reason to suspect that purpose of the snail-mailed “Go to Hell!” letter was not only to harass me but to provoke an incident and incite me to violence 7 . I also received a snail-mailed “Go to Hell!” letter from Helgeson dated July 7, 2017. I have reason to suspect that Helgenson was trying to provoke me and incite me to violence when he made the wild and outrageous claim he had no policy and procedure manual 8 for the YMC County Attorney’s office. I have reason to suspect this was to distract me that from the blatantly obvious fact that neither Helgeson nor corrupt Chippewa Co. Attorney David Gilbertson had appointed special prosecutors 9 for the high-profile Martin cases. As for my February 27, 2018 Chapter data request, your corrupt Helgeson willfully refused to fall back onto his training and respond 10 to my request for electronic data. Commission on Judicial Selection Recommends Eighth Judicial District Candidates to Governor Dayton

ST. PAUL, MN – The Commission on Judicial Selection announced today it is recommending three candidates to Governor Mark Dayton for consideration to fill the current vacancy in Minnesota’s Eighth Judicial District. This vacancy will occur upon the appointment of the Honorable Randall J. Slieter as a Judge on the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and will be chambered at Olivia in Renville County.

Keith Helgeson: Mr. Helgeson is the Yellow Medicine County Attorney, where he provides legal advice to all county departments, is responsible for the prosecution of all felonies and gross misdemeanors, and supervises the appellate work and administrative appeals for the county. Previously, he was the Assistant Yellow Medicine County Attorney and a law clerk for the Honorable Bruce W. Christopherson and the Honorable Marquis Ward. Mr. Helgeson is a board member of Yellow Medicine County Restorative Justice Advisory Board, a Youth Soccer Coach, and a Kiwanis Member.

Laurence Stratton: Mr. Stratton is an Assistant Renville County Attorney, where he is responsible for all types of criminal, civil and appellate matters. Additionally, he handles all of the county’s Children in Need of Protection and Services cases. Previously, he was an associate attorney at Muske, Muske & Suhrhoff, Ltd., and intern in the Civil Division of the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office. Mr. Stratton is a volunteer EMT, President of Olivia Ambulance Service, a volunteer Firefighter, the Vice President of the Fire Department Association, and President of the Renville County Law Library Board.

Commission on Judicial Selection Recommends Eighth Judicial District Candidates to Governor Dayton December 7, 2018 ST. PAUL, MN – The Commission on Judicial Selection announced today it is recommending three candidates to Governor Mark Dayton for consideration to fill the current vacancy in Minnesota’s Eighth Judicial District. This vacancy will occur upon the appointment of the Honorable Randall J. Slieter as a Judge on the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and will be chambered at Olivia in Renville County.
Keith Helgeson: Mr. Helgeson is the Yellow Medicine County Attorney, where he provides legal advice to all county departments, is responsible for the prosecution of all felonies and gross misdemeanors, and supervises the appellate work and administrative appeals for the county. Previously, he was the Assistant Yellow Medicine County Attorney and a law clerk for the Honorable Bruce W. Christopherson and the Honorable Marquis Ward. Mr. Helgeson is a board member of Yellow Medicine County Restorative Justice Advisory Board, a Youth Soccer Coach, and a Kiwanis Member. Laurence Stratton: Mr. Stratton is an Assistant Renville County Attorney, where he is responsible for all types of criminal, civil and appellate matters. A 911 call to the Yellow Medicine County Sheriff’s Office resulted in a search this afternoon of the America’s Best Value Inn, a hotel located on state Highway 28 in Glenwood. No one matching Dikken’s description was found at the hotel, according to Glenwood Police Chief Dale Danter.
