I have been assisting poor, black, falsely accused James Howard Campbell for quite some time now. Over a year ago, I started helping poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell clear his name against false and malicious allegations that he was a child molester. These wild, outrageous and malicious allegations were brought against poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell by Hennepin County Child Protective Services and the City of Minneapolis Police Department on March 29, 2004. Poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell has been trying to clear his name with the help of a variety of attorneys to no avail. However, I was able to obtain some, but certainly not all, of the readily available, free, electronic data that has been illegally withheld from poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell for years. I also have reason to suspect that I have clear, precise, and unquestionable proof that the personnel from the Hennepin County Child Protective Services and the City of Minneapolis Police Department are willing to think and act like they are above the law to prevent poor, black, falsely accused James Howard Campbell from reaping the full benefits from the age of technology and from clearing his good name. I have seen some of the exact same signs and symptoms of thinking and acting like an individual is above the law in the actions of your so-called officer of the court aka so- called City of Brooklyn Park City Attorney Michael “Hates on James Campbell” Colich.
I am writing this complaint because I have what I have reason to suspect is clear, precise and unquestionable evidence that your so-called officer of the court Colich is calling into question the integrity 1 of your court. I have reason to suspect your so-called officer of the court Colich is doing this by maliciously submitting to poor, black, falsely accused James Campbell a fabricated court document 3,4 in case no. 27-CR-18-9316. 2 I have reason to suspect that your so-called officer of the court Colich’s fabricated court document makes an illegal demand 5,6,7,8 on a data subject in violation of the MGDPA.

Criminal investigative data for his malicious prosecution in case no. 27-CR-18-9316 prior to his scheduled 5-14-18 arraignment in front of you at 9:30 am that poor, black, falsely accused James Howard Campbell will toss a monkey wrench into your so-called officer of the court Colich’s malicious prosecution by filing a counter-criminal complaint against his false accuser.
So are you going to reign in your officer of the court aka the so-called City of Brooklyn Park City Attorney Michael “Hates on James Campbell” Colich or not? Inquiring minds want to know, don’t they?

6. Actual Cost There are certain things that can be included when government calculates actual cost for the purpose of charging for making copies of a data request.
