Lion News: Ramsey Co. 's Randy Gustafson Tries To Rip Off Nemmers On "Buttinski" Henderson's Data?

Updated: 07-08-13

For some reason odd reason Ramsey County's Public Information Officer, Randy Gustafson didn't want to answer whether or not he has a drug/alcohol problem, did he?  Something is holding up my data request for Andrew "Buttinski" Henderson, isn't it?
And if it isn't a drug/alcohol on Gustafson's part, then it has to be the fact that the data has incriminating evidence on it, doesn't it? The public data will contain clear, precise & unquestionable evidence of abuse of power, won't it?

And that is why they are trying to scam me on this data request, isn't it? Did you notice that I carbon copied my response to Ramsey County Sheriff Matt Bostrom?

Updated: 07-03-13

Did I ruin a few weekend plans for the crooks down in lawless Ramsey county? Here they thought they had pulled a fast one on me, didn't they?

They were going to sandbag for 10 days and then send me some stupid letter that they needed more information for my data request for "Buttinski" Henderson, weren't they?

That is why I called right before they all went on vacation for the 4th of July, isn't it?

Lion News: Calling Ramsey Co 's Gustafson's For "Buttinski" Henderson's Finger Flipping Data Part 2?

Now I'll enjoy my time and they'll be cursing and drowning their sorrows, won't they?

That is the advantage of knowing that you are dealing with trained & professional liars, isn't it?

Once again the Lord thwarted their evil plans, didn't he?

Hey look! A loony email from Randy?

Randy won't be too happy with my response, will he?

Like I'm worried, right?
Original Post: 06-29-13

Well, it would appear that Andrew "Buttinski" Henderson of Little Canada got himself into a little hot water just recently, wouldn't it? Apparently, "Buttinski" Henderson had all that impotent, pent up rage inside and decided to express what little thoughts that he had running through his mind, didn't he?  "Buttinski" Henderson decided to lash out with a grand nonverbal communication, didn't he? "Buttinski" Henderson's nonverbal communication was the middle finger, wasn't it? And who did "Buttinski" Henderson point that middle finger at? A Ramsey County deputy, right?

Lion News: Calling Ramsey Co.'s Gustafson's For "Buttinski" Henderson's Finger Flipping Data?

I'd put a link to the video, but "Buttinski" Henderson has a history of deleting his videos so why would I bother, huh?

I kind of doubt that his "master," the ACLU lawyer in his criminal case, will be too happy with the less-than-intelligent move on "Buttinski" Henderson's part, don't I? Since the ACLU appears to be doing a substandard job on his current case (The ACLU made wild claims that "Buttinski" Henderson's case would be dropped as soon as they took over the case, didn't they?) the chances are they wouldn't be willing to help out "Buttinski" Henderson in new "speech" case, right?

Maybe "Buttinski" Henderson was frustrated since Andy was hoping that he would get some good news prior to the 4th of July? Still no news on whether or not the case has been dismissed against "Buttinski" Henderson, is there?

They'll give "Buttinski" Henderson the bad news right before the 4th of July, won't they?

No matter, right? The important thing is that I have the data from "Buttinski" Henderson's previous case, isn't it?

"Buttinski" Henderson couldn't handle the problem himself, could he? So "Buttinski" Henderson had to coerce the ACLU into helping him, didn't he? And now the ACLU is stabbing less-than-intelligent "Buttinski" Henderson in the back, aren't they?  It's just that "Buttinski" Henderson isn't smart enough to know that, isn't it? Which is why the ACLU, the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office, the prosecutors, the judge and I all know what happened to "Buttinski" Henderson's "missing" video and "Buttinski" Henderson doesn't, right?

Will Crow Wing County Attorney Ryan Produce Data To Show Why No Assault Charges Filed Against Itasca Deputy Roy Edward Procopio, Jr.?

If you know anything about the corrupt legal system, then you know that the corrupt prosecutors have absolutely no problem getting convictions on a simple assault - if you are a nobody - right?

If a crime has been committed; if the defendant has committed it; if you can prove it you should not decline to file it because the proof is less than ideal or because there is a prospect of acquittal due to jury apathy. Nobody likes to lose, but fear of losing should not deter you from filing charges. George R. Dekle, Sr, Prosecution Principles: A Clinical Handbook (Thompson/West: 2007), Page 50.

Definitions

Assault.
Any unjustifiable act causing a well-founded apprehension of immediate peril from a force already partially or fully put in motion. Black's Law Dictionary 3rd Edition, page 149.

Assault.
An unlawful offer or attempt with force or violence to do a corporal hurt to another. Black's Law Dictionary 3rd Edition, page 149.

Battery.
The slightest touching of another, of his clothes or anything, if done in a rude, insolent, or angry manner. Black's Law Dictionary 3rd Edition, page 149.

An attorney who is straight as an arrow in a DUI might become crooked as a corkscrew in a murder case. George R. Dekle, Sr, Prosecution Principles: A Clinical Handbook, Page 30.

If you are someone important, then the prosecutor just finds it simply "impossible" to find the evidence, the intent or that willing jury who will convict a cop, right? Kind of like the lame "the dog ate my homework" excuse, right? You'd have to be pretty stupid to believe that tired, worn out excuse, wouldn't you?

And you should get real suspicious of prostituting attorneys who only bring one charge, shouldn't you?

What charges should you file? Because almost any criminal transaction will offend against a spectrum of laws,125 you will therefore have a number of charges to chose from. The NDAA Standards prescribe that the prosecutor should file only those charges which adequately encompass the defendant's offense and are consistent with the interests of justice.126 George R. Dekle, Sr, Prosecution Principles: A Clinical Handbook (Thompson/West: 2007), Page 51.

If Itasca Deputy Roy Edward Procopio, Jr assaulted Ray Howard Knaeble, then at minimum Procopio charge options should have been: Assault - 5th Degree – Fear of Bodily Harm or Death & Misconduct of Public Officer or Employee, right?

But, that wasn't the case in this instance, was it? The only option was: Assault - 5th Degree, wasn't it?

609.43 MISCONDUCT OF PUBLIC OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE.

A public officer or employee who does any of the following, for which no other sentence is specifically provided by law, may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year or to payment of a fine of not more than $3,000, or both:

(3) under pretense or color of official authority intentionally and unlawfully injures another in the other's person, property, or rights; or

Ryan didn't want Knaeble to know that there was more than one option, did he? That is the lawyer's trick, isn't it?  The lawyers never want to tell you the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, do they?

It is easier for them to rig the game and pervert justice if they can keep you in the dark, isn't it?

Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy. Proverbs 31:9

During JD Lom's hearing he was told by the judge that he couldn't have a public defender nor could he have his dash cam video nor the Mobile Date Terminal (MDT) traffic from the Itasca Co. traffic stop, wasn't he?  However, the judge said he could get a sweetheart deal on his trumped up traffic ticket, couldn't he?

Below: Scan of JD's Ticket from JD Lom - not from "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams.

You'll notice that the ticket says 80 mph, doesn't it? And JD told the crooked Itasca deputy that he wasn't going 80 mph, didn't he? Is this why the judge didn't want to give JD his dash cam video & MDT?

Yup, John Lom is allowing Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams another opportunity to engage in Criminal Misconduct of a Public Officer/Official, isn't he?

John is doing this by submitting another lawful data request that "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams will willfully refuse to process, isn't he?

Here is the video of the phone call that probably gave Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams a great, big, brand new ulcer, isn't it?

Lion News: Itasca Co Sheriff Vic Williams Fears Giving Affidavit About Missing Squad Video?

Original Post: 06-25-13

It would appear that Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams had a really bad week last week, wouldn't it? Why you ask? Well, Tim Salisbury called Ol' Vic up on the phone last week (Actually, he only spoke to his voice mail since Vic was too busy hiding to answer the phone, right?) and informed him that he had better produce an affidavit stating that the dash cam video and MDT (Mobile Data Terminal) traffic was missing from Tim Salisbury's file, didn't he?

This is the certificate of mailing, isn't it?

However, when Friday June 21, 2013 rolled around no affidavit rolled into Tim's possession, did it?
Instead, roly-poly Chief Deputy Gregg Deutsch rolled into Tim's yard, didn't he? And this is the garbage "Good Ol' Boy" Deutsch tried to pass off as an acceptable alternative to the affidavit from "Good Ol' Boy" Vic, isn't it?

After roly-poly Chief Deputy Gregg Deutsch rolled out of the yard, Tim called "Good Ol' Boy" Vic's voice mail and informed him he had the choice of producing the affidavit or testimony on the witness stand, didn't he?  Must have upset "Good Ol' Boy" Vic since Tim said that Itasca county was immediately trying to call him back, right? But, for some unknown reason, Tim couldn't be reached, could he?

Itasca Co. Jail Administrator Hirt “Lawyers Up” On Deputy Jamie Gilbert's Death Threat?

(The video of my conversation is down below)

Is everyone in lawless Itasca County "lawyering up"? The Itasca County Jail Administrator doesn't want to talk to me, does she? The Itasca County Sheriff doesn't want to talk to Tim Salisbury, does he? Neither one of the Itasca Co. deputies Curtiss or LeClair want to talk to Cass County investigators about the theft of $6500.00 of John Lom's money, do they? Are those guys all anti-social or just a bunch of crooks confronted with clear, precise and unquestionable evidence of local corruption? They're anti-social because they're a bunch of crooks confronted with the evidence of their local corruption, aren't they?

My 05-13-13 data request that was maliciously ignored:

My most recent data request that I fully expect to be maliciously ignored:

Itasca County Attorney John "Good Ol' Boy #1" Muhar never called me back, did he? But, he did send an email that was insulting to my intelligence, didn't he?

My favorite part of the phone conversation with the secretary for Itasca County Attorney John "Good Ol' Boy #1" Muhar's is where I say that I want the Itasca Co. dash cam video for Deputy Gilbert's DWI stop, isn't it? And the reason it is my favorite part is because I mention that Itasca County is having trouble producing dash cam videos for John Lom & Tim Salisbury, isn't it?

Itasca Co. Deputies Robert LeClair & Kyle Curtiss "Lawyer Up" As Cass County Pretends To Investigate $6500 Theft Of Lom's Money?

Cop #1: So wha'd he tell ya?
Cop #2: Nothin. The perp just lawyered up.

You can tell that this theft case brought by John Lom was never a priority to Cass County, can't you? Cass County should have interviewed Itasca Co. Deputies Robert LeClair & Kyle Curtiss long before John Lom ever went to give his May 22, 2013 statement, right? Or at least they should have interviewed them immediately after John Lom's statement, right? But that didn't happen, did it?

Mr. Duranske'
Both Deputies appear to have obtained legal counsel. Deputy LeClair's attorney contacted me and will be on vacation until the end of June and will contact me when returns. Deputy Curtiss informed me on the phone that he has requested legal counsel, I have not been contacted by his attorney as of this date.

I will keep you informed of any future developments.

Plus, if Itasca Co. Deputies Robert LeClair & Kyle Curtiss were telling the truth in the Omnibus hearing, then there would be no need for them to "lawyer up" now, would there?  In fact, both deputies should have "plead the 5th" during the Omnibus hearing, right? They probably decided to "lawyer up" now since the loony story they gave at the Omnibus hearing was a loony story, right? (One of many loony stories of "the dog ate my homework," right?)

The Fifth Amendment gives the defendant a privilege of non-disclosure, not a license to dissemble.
George R. Dekle, Sr, Prosecution Principles: A Clinical Handbook (Thompson/West:2007), Page 28

dissemble
Main Entry:
Part of Speech: verb
Definition: disguise, pretend
Synonyms: affect, camouflage, cloak, conceal, counterfeit, cover, cover up, dissimulate, double-talk, doublespeak, dress up, fake, falsify, feign, four-flush, hide, let on, make like, mask, pass, play possum, pussyfoot, put on a false front, put on a front, put on an act, put up a front, put up a smoke screen, sham*, shroud, shuck and jive, signify, simulate, stonewall, whitewash
Notes: dissemble means to conceal, to give a false appearance; disassemble means to take apart
Antonyms: admit, allow

As the cops love to say: "If you have nothing to hide, then why would you need a lawyer?" So what do Itasca Co. Deputies Robert LeClair & Kyle Curtiss have to hide, huh?

If we had the dash cam video of John Lom's malicious arrest, then we would be able to see that neither Itasca Co. Deputies Robert LeClair nor Kyle Curtiss afforded John Lom the "professional courtesy" to "lawyer up," wouldn't we? [Ex: Lion News: Ticket Fixing Scandal -- "Professional Courtesy" For Former Pope Co. Attorney Doebbert?] And this is Cass Co.'s version of a professional courtesy, isn't it?

New York's highest court, however, has ruled that once an arrestee has a lawyer, there can be no waiver without the lawyer being present,57 which, in effect, will almost invariably foreclose any interrogation.58

58The late Justice Robert Jackson of the United States Supreme Court made the following statement in the 1949 case of Watts v. Indiana, 338 U.S. 49, at 59: “Under our adversary system … any lawyer worth his salt will tell the suspect to make no statement to the police under any circumstances.” Fred E. Inbau, John E. Transcript Of John Lom's Complaint (Where Is The Recording?) Against Itasca County Deputies Kyle Curtiss & Robert LeClair?

Updated Post: 06-16-13

You've been waiting for the latest on the missing John Lom audio file, haven't you? Well, more evidence has been gathered, hasn't it?  This is a copy of the Cass County invoice which clearly states it contains an audio file, correct?
Yet, when you look on the disk there is no audio file, is there?

So where is the audio file Cass County? Why is the audio file missing, huh? Does it incriminate you or Itasca County or both of you? What are you trying to hide, huh?

By the way, why are you charging John Lom $10.00 for a pdf/audio file anyway? According to state law, a subject of data is only to be charged actual costs, aren't they? (And there is no law that requires you to charge John for his data, is there?) This is a ripoff in more ways than one, isn't it?

Updated Post: 06-13-13

Where, oh, where is John Lom's video statement Cass County? Something incriminating on the video? Or you just don't want the public to see how well John and John's lawyer filled in all the blanks on the stolen money, huh?

Nothing but the disk and one piece of paper-invoice. I know that was the only cd that came in the envelope. George had asked me to forward it on to you. I took it out and made a copy of the bill and printed a copy of the transcript. I was expecting more.
I will let you know if we receive anything else.

Too long to send a pdf file, huh?  That was the only thing on the disc, wasn't it? According to the context, it would be a video file or an audio file, wouldn't it?  And since an audio file takes up little space we are talking about a video file, aren't we?
